1. Goods returned for an exchange or credit note must in all respects be in the same condition as when they were received by you. Goods bought by party plan must be returned to the relevant distributor with the original receipt within 2 months of the date of purchase. Mail order customers can cancel orders within 7 days of receipt of goods and goods must be returned within 20 days. Please retain proof of posting.

2. All Naughty Novelty customers must pay for there goods at the time of ordering.

3. Please record Distributors and party bookers details for future reference.

4. For returning customers placing direct orders through our web site, please log on via your distributors web site as printed on your original receipt.

5. Garment colours may vary from those shown.

6. All the products that fall within the Nickel directive are Nickel; Compliant.

7. We reserve the right to alter the Lingerie fabrics and trims to improve quality if we feel necessary.

8. Please be aware that some of our products contain rubber latex .

9. Please consult your GP if you have any latex allergies before using our products.

10. Goods that are supplied in sealed packaging such as adult novelty items are not returnable once the seals have been broken.

11. All Prices and details are correct at the time of going to press.

12. If an item is out of stock you will be notified upto 7 days after an order has been placed and offered a full refund.
